Cristián Francos co-moderates a panel on business crime crisis situations in a corporate environment at the International Bar Association's Annual Conference taking place in Mexico City on 15–20 September 2024.
The panel creates a crisis scenario in which different corporate executives, including general counsels and compliance officers, will discuss the different aspects and best management options in a corporate crisis.
Cristián is the co-chair of the IBA's Business Crime Committee.
